Shipping Policy

At WearingLab, we currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States.

At this time, we do not ship to Canada, Mexico, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.

Order Processing & Handoff

Orders are typically processed and handed off to our shipping partner within 3–4 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing and handoff time is separate from the shipping time shown below.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Economy Shipping:
Estimated total delivery time is 9–16 business days after payment is confirmed.

Expedited Shipping:
Estimated total delivery time is 8–12 business days after payment is confirmed.

Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Rates

The following shipping rates are currently available for eligible orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States:

• Economy Shipping: $7.50
• Expedited Shipping: $15.00

Available shipping methods and final shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete your payment.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after the package is handed to the carrier.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, remote delivery areas, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your tracking has not updated for several days or your package appears delayed, contact us at support@wearinglab.com with your order number.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@wearinglab.com.

We will do our best to help, but we may not be able to change the address after an order has entered processing or shipment.

Taxes

Any applicable taxes shown at checkout will be included before you complete payment.
