Shipping

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States.

At this time, we do not ship to Canada, Mexico, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.

Orders are typically processed and handed off to our shipping partner within 3–4 business days after payment is confirmed.

Estimated total delivery time:

Economy Shipping: 9–16 business days after payment is confirmed
Expedited Shipping: 8–12 business days after payment is confirmed

Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Economy Shipping is our standard shipping option. Expedited Shipping is usually faster after the package has been handed to the carrier.

For eligible orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States, Economy Shipping is currently $7.50 and Expedited Shipping is currently $15.00. Available shipping methods and final shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete payment.

We do not offer a public free shipping promotion at this time.

Orders & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after the package is handed to the carrier.

Updates may also be delayed due to carrier processing, weather, remote delivery areas, or other circumstances outside our control.

We will do our best to help, but we may not be able to change or cancel an order after it has entered processing or shipment.

If you requested a sign-in code and do not see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder and make sure you entered the correct email address.

Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, contact us at support@wearinglab.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

For approved U.S. returns, WearingLab covers standard return shipping.

Please contact support@wearinglab.com before sending any item back. If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions, which may include a prepaid return label, a designated U.S. return address, or another approved return method.

Returns sent without approval or through an unapproved shipping method may not be eligible for return shipping coverage.

Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable unless the return is due to a wrong, damaged, or defective item.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.
